mentorconnect

Mentor Connect   is a program Women of Vision Leadership uses to help women of all ages who might feel a call into ministry connect with other women who can help provide encouragement, accountability, and support. This program is dedicated to helping women leaders find their place within leadership and ministry. It is designed specifically for women on the leadership track, and those who may seek their ministerial license in the future. The program is also designed for women who have received their minister’s license, but need additional support and community.

Many women feel a call to ministry and leadership, but do not know how to get involved. Other women are involved in leadership, but do not feel supported or encouraged. We need to change this! We need to nurture and support every gift God has given to the Church. In addition, locally we may not see other women in leadership and ministry, but there are many women around the world who are serving and doing the work of the Kingdom.

Mentor Connect is a group of licensed UPCI female ministers and female leaders with many years of experience, who take the time to care for, train, and help mentor other women who want to be involved in the Kingdom of God.

Every month, leaders in Mentor Connect send an email of encouragement, write a handwritten note of care, and provide a phone call of support. Mentors are encouraged to pray daily for their partner in ministry, and help provide spiritual support for their partner in ministry. Mentors are also available in crisis moments to help support their partner in ministry.

If you are interested in finding a mentor who can help support you in your calling and leadership, please email Crystal at womenofvisionleadership@gmail.com.
